AZAL - Book Flight Ticket is the Azerbaijan Airlines app for searching and booking flights across more than 50 destinations. It brings several trip tasks together: travelers can manage reservations, choose meals and seats, add baggage allowance, check in online, and view flight updates. The app also provides access to AZAL Miles accounts and is available in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. Its main practical benefit is handling booking and pre-flight arrangements in one place, including online check-in that provides a QR code to show at the airport.

What can you do with a flight booking?

The app lets you manage a booking after making it, including making changes, selecting preferred seats, and purchasing additional baggage allowance. You can also pre-select meals for your flight, so meal choices are part of the booking tasks available in the app.

When can you check in, and what happens afterward?

Online check-in opens 48 hours before the flight’s departure time. After checking in and pre-registering online, you can show the QR code at the airport to receive your tickets.

How can you follow flight details and AZAL Miles?

The app provides real-time updates on flight schedules and statuses, which can help travelers keep track of flight information while on the go. It also gives access to an AZAL Miles account, where users can track their miles, earn points, and explore loyalty program benefits.

Who may find the app useful?

It may suit travelers booking with AZAL who want to handle reservations and pre-flight arrangements through an app, as well as check flight information and access AZAL Miles. Its Azerbaijani, Russian, and English language options may be useful to travelers who prefer one of those languages.
