Educare Box is a mobile app for parents and guardians whose children attend partner schools. It brings academic information such as schedules, activities, grades, and other updates into one place, so families can follow school life without relying only on separate notices.

Following academic progress

The app is designed to help parents and guardians track how their children are developing over time. Grades and academic updates can be accessed and monitored in the app, which gives families a fuller view of performance and growth than a single report would provide.

Calendar, activities, and school announcements

Users can view the school calendar and follow the activities and events taking place at the school, which helps them keep track of important dates. The app also delivers school announcements, messages, and other relevant information directly to users, so news about the school arrives alongside the rest of the academic information.

Access limited to authorized users

Educare Box is built for partner schools, and information about the school, students, and guardians is available only to authorized users approved by the school administration. The app is described as protecting school information, users' personal data, and student records through this restriction, so access depends on the school's approval rather than on downloading the app alone.

Ease of navigation

The app is described as intuitive and user-friendly, with the goal of letting parents and guardians move through it and reach the information and features they need. The available details do not describe the layout further, so the app's navigation is best judged by its own screens.
