HRS VPN is an Android app intended to route internet browsing through a VPN connection, with a focus on accessing websites blocked in Indonesia. Its description presents the service as a proxy for browsing and says users can connect in a few taps.

VPN connection and website access

The app is described as providing a high-speed VPN connection for browsing. It is also intended to help users reach websites they cannot otherwise access, including content described as restricted. These are stated capabilities in the app description; it does not explain which locations or websites are available through the service.

Public Wi-Fi and privacy

HRS VPN is presented for use when connecting through public Wi-Fi hotspots. The description says the VPN connection is intended to help protect personal information and keep browsing activity private. It does not provide technical details about how that protection works, so the privacy statements should be understood as the app’s stated purpose rather than a specific security guarantee.

Connection process and intended use

The description characterizes the app as straightforward to use, with a VPN connection available in a few taps. Its stated focus is browsing with a VPN, accessing blocked websites, and using Wi-Fi hotspots with a privacy-oriented connection. The source does not detail connection settings or explain how users select a server, so those aspects cannot be described here.
