Lion Secure VPN is an Android VPN app for connecting to proxy servers while browsing the web or using online services. It offers a one-tap connection control and a choice of servers across multiple locations, bringing its connection controls and server selection together in a straightforward interface.

Server locations and selection

The app describes a network of more than 500 proxy servers across 160 locations. Users can choose a server, which may be useful when trying to reach a website, app, or online service that is restricted in a particular region. The availability of a suitable server can depend on the resource and location; the source does not specify that every restricted service will be accessible.

Alternatively, Lion Secure VPN is described as detecting the user's location and connecting to the nearest server automatically. This provides an option for people who prefer not to select a location themselves. The app also presents its VPN connection as a way to support privacy while browsing, but the available information does not detail its security protocols or guarantees.

Connecting and using the app

A one-tap control is intended to establish a VPN connection without requiring users to configure connection settings manually. After connecting, users can browse or use online services through the selected server. The app description mentions activities such as streaming and gaming as possible uses, but it does not provide measured speed or performance details for those activities.

Points and referrals

In addition to VPN connections, the app includes a points feature. The source says users can earn points by referring friends and playing the Lucky Wheel, and that points can be converted to real money. It does not provide further details about the conversion process or applicable conditions.
