What LUX VPN - Unlimited Fast Safe is designed to do

LUX VPN - Unlimited Fast Safe is an Android app listed in the Tools category that routes internet traffic through proxy servers. According to its description, the main purpose is to help people reach websites restricted in their country while keeping their browsing more private. The listing combines a choice of server locations with control over which apps use the connection.

Choosing proxy servers

The listing names proxy servers in Poland, Canada, Latvia, Russia, France, Bulgaria, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Italy, and says these can be accessed for free. Selecting a server is the step the description links to reaching blocked resources. It also suggests trying servers from different countries to compare browsing experience and access, so server choice is central to how the app is meant to be used.

Connection protocols and app selection

According to the listing, the app offers several connection protocols, and each has its own list of available proxy servers. Users can pick a protocol and then a server that suits them. The description recommends testing protocols to find the one that performs best for a particular need, but it does not provide benchmark results. A separate applications filter lets users decide which installed apps use the VPN connection, so other apps are not routed through it.

Browsers, messaging, and social apps

The description states that the app works with common browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera, in both desktop and mobile versions. It also says that social networks and messaging services such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn work through the app. These are the developer's claims rather than independently verified results, so users should confirm that each service works on their own device.

Privacy claims and advertising

The listing says the app uses AES 256-bit encryption and does not save user logs, and it presents these features as protecting web activity and file downloads from tracking. These are statements from the listing and have not been independently verified here. The app is described as free and as displaying ads, which the description says support its performance and updates. The source also says the proxy server list is continually expanded. The listed version is 3.0.5.
