RD Tunnel Pro -Super Fast vpn is an Android VPN app in the Tools category, listed as version 5.0. Its purpose is to route internet traffic through a VPN connection to help protect online activity. According to its description, the app is free to use and supported by advertising, rather than requiring a subscription.

Connecting and choosing a server

The app is built around a single control. According to the description, pressing the Start button connects the device and automatically selects a server based on the user's current location. Users who prefer more control can choose a server manually. The source suggests trying different servers to compare speed and stability, and reconnecting if speeds drop noticeably.

Connection information on the main screen

The main screen shows upload and download speeds, how long the VPN has been running, details about the server, and whether the connection uses Wi-Fi or mobile data. The description recommends checking these figures regularly to confirm that the VPN is working as expected.

Privacy and speed claims

The description states that the app encrypts the internet connection to help protect personal information from online threats. It also says the app can mask IP addresses and bypass region restrictions, and that it offers unlimited connection speeds so users can make use of their internet provider's full bandwidth. These statements come from the developer's description and have not been independently verified here.

The app is described as ad-supported. The source characterizes the ads as relatively unobtrusive, though that is its own assessment. The same description states that the developer's data-handling policy is unclear, so users who want to understand how their information is handled should look for that policy before relying on the app.
