End-users can view yield, load consumption, exported energy, battery information, alarms, and other site details, while agents can remotely review assigned site and inverter information.

Monitoring energy-system activity

The app presents information about the flow of power between panels, inverters, batteries, grids, and loads through dynamic flow charts. It also displays the site name, panel size, inverter number, battery status, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy, and alarm information. Data is collected and processed every five minutes, providing regularly updated information for reviewing system activity.

Access for end-users and agents

End-users can log in remotely or locally to view inverter data and adjust supported settings. Agents use remote login to inspect site information and inverter data. Their management view includes user, site, and inverter lists, along with authorization status.

Inverter setting controls

When online inverter data is available, end-users can change documented settings such as the date and time, safety settings, power factor, work mode, and charger settings. These controls are presented alongside the monitoring information so users can review system data while managing available inverter options.

Agent account and system details

For agent users, SolaxCloud provides account and system details including the contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today, and total yield. This information supports remote review of the sites and inverters included in the agent's access.
