UNIQLO MY is a shopping app that combines UNIQLO membership benefits, product browsing, store stock checks, and online ordering. New users who register as members can receive a RM15 coupon, while existing members can scan their membership barcode at checkout to access eligible E-Member Special prices.

Membership and in-store shopping

The membership barcode can be scanned at the cashier when shopping in a store. The app also supports product barcode scanning in-store, allowing shoppers to check whether an item is available and read its reviews. Store-level stock checking helps users look up the availability of a desired product at a preferred UNIQLO location before deciding where to shop.

Online products and size options

UNIQLO MY includes online-exclusive items that may not be available in physical stores. The listed range includes additional sizes from XS to 3XL for women and men, as well as children's sizes from 100cm to 160cm. These options are presented alongside the app's online shopping catalogue.

Delivery and Click & Collect

After making an online purchase, shoppers can choose home delivery or Click & Collect. With Click & Collect, the order can be collected from a nearby UNIQLO store without a delivery fee. This gives shoppers a store pickup option when they prefer not to have the order delivered to their home.
