About this app

Carrom Pool Disc Game is a multiplayer board game where players aim and strike discs, trying to pocket all of their pieces before the opponent does. Black and white pieces determine what each player must target, while positioning, shot power, and rebounds shape each turn.

Core play and controls

Each shot begins by tapping the throw block to position it. Sliding a finger adjusts the intended trajectory, and releasing the finger launches the shot. The game uses physics-based movement, so the edge of the paddle can redirect a disc toward a difficult angle. Players can also adjust power and direction to suit the position of the pieces on the board.

The basic objective is straightforward: pocket the correct pieces and clear them before the other player. The score appears at the top of the screen below the player's avatar. Positioning remains important after every strike because a shot can affect both the next attacking opportunity and the placement of opposing pieces.

Modes and match structure

The game provides three modes with different pacing and rules. The documented mode selection includes Carom and Freestyle, along with a disc-focused variant described in the source as Frisbee or Disc Pool. This gives players more than one board-game format while retaining the central aim-and-pocket interaction.

Real-time matches can be played with friends or opponents worldwide. Players who want to refine their technique can use offline practice to work on aiming, cue settings, break-off strategies, and shot consistency before entering online matches.

Shot planning and special situations

Rebound shots are useful when a direct line to a pocket is blocked or difficult. Changing the direction with the paddle edge requires attention to the board's boundaries and the force of the strike. Power control also matters because a strong shot and a carefully placed shot produce different results in changing positions.

The queen introduces an additional tactical consideration. Players need to choose when to pocket it and ensure that its protector follows during the same round. This makes queen shots part of the wider decision about timing, placement, and the order in which pieces are cleared.

Customization and rewards

Customization options allow players to change the appearance of the board and pieces. Cues and balls can be unlocked and upgraded, giving gear choices a role in how a player's setup develops. Daily Gold Balls and Victory Chests provide rewards that can be earned over time, while match results and other reward activities support continued access to additional equipment.

The game also draws on several regional carrom-related variations, including Korona, Couronne, Bob, Crokinole, Pichenotte, and Pitchnut. These references connect the available formats with different board layouts and rule traditions while keeping aiming and pocketing at the center of play.

Carrom Pool Disc Game supports online multiplayer matches as well as offline practice. It is free to download and play, with in-app purchases available for customization and enhancements.
