LK Collections is an application for FOS personnel to manage their allocated loan accounts and keep customer payment information up to date. It brings account access, interaction notes, payment outcomes, and collection summaries into one workflow.

Loan account access

FOS personnel can view the loan accounts allocated to them for the month and check the details of each account from the application. This provides a central place to review the accounts assigned to them during collection activities.

Customer visits and status updates

The application supports tracking customer visits and other interactions connected with a loan account. Personnel can add remarks in real time and record the status of customer payments or the outcome of an interaction, keeping account information current for others involved in the lending process.

LK Collections also automates status updates within the collection workflow. Instead of relying on separate manual status records, users can update account remarks and payment information as interactions take place. The source describes this as a way to reduce the time and effort required to manage collection statuses.

Management collection summaries

Management can access a real-time summary of expected collections per loan account at a national or zonal level. This view gives management visibility into collection activity across those levels and supports the use of current account information when reviewing collection performance and taking follow-up measures.

Interface

The application is described as having a user-friendly interface intended to make navigation and access to its collection functions straightforward for FOS personnel. Its documented workflow covers reviewing allocated accounts, recording customer interactions, updating payment outcomes, and providing summary information for management.
