SailFish VPN - Secure VPN & Super Fast VPN Free is for connecting to a VPN when browsing the web, using apps, or joining a public Wi-Fi network. It offers proxy servers in locations around the world, with a one-tap connection control for choosing a server connection.

When a site or app is blocked

If a website or app cannot be accessed on the current network, the app is intended to help users reach blocked content through a VPN connection. The description specifically mentions games, videos, and websites as possible uses. It does not describe a separate process for each type of content: the documented action is connecting to a proxy server and then accessing sites or apps through that connection.

When connecting on public Wi-Fi

For browsing on a public Wi-Fi hotspot, SailFish VPN describes its VPN connection as a way to protect network traffic. The app also states that it does not keep logs and supports anonymous browsing. These are claims in the product description, rather than independently verified guarantees about privacy or security.

Choosing a server connection

The app provides proxy servers from various locations around the world. Its description says a smart algorithm selects the fastest server, and that users can connect with one tap. The stated aim is a smooth browsing connection; actual speed and connection quality are not specified. The description also presents the service as having no data limit and says a username, password, credit card, or trial is not required. These details describe the offered service, not a guarantee of performance on every network.
