Tele Messenger Chats & Calls Free apk is an unofficial messaging client that uses Telegram’s API. It supports real-time messages, media and file sharing, and voice and video calls. The description also lists live streaming and access to an account from multiple devices.

Messaging and chat tools

Chat controls include copying part of a post or message, forwarding messages with edits, removing quoted text, and forwarding to multiple recipients. A confirmation option is available before sending stickers, GIFs, or voice messages. Other listed tools include speech-to-text conversion, a voice changer, a painting tool, chat markers, hidden chats, and a download manager. GIFs can be viewed in video and full-screen modes.

Chats can be separated into tabs, with a tab designer for arranging them. The app also lists a channel timeline, a username finder, and notifications about contact changes. Group chats are described as supporting up to 30,000 members, and the description mentions sharing large videos and documents in formats such as DOC, MP3, and ZIP.

Channels, proxies, and appearance

Channel discovery tools let users search and sort channel listings, which also include groups, bots, and stickers. The description says channels can be rated for placement in the list. Proxy support is included, with a proxy list organized by country; the source says availability is checked hourly and the list is updated daily. These are listed as options for connecting where access to Telegram is limited.

Appearance options include multiple themes and fonts. The description explains that a theme can be shared to Saved Messages and applied in Telegram from there. It also says chat history is stored in the Telegram cloud rather than requiring device storage. The app is identified as an unofficial Telegram-based client, rather than an official Telegram application.
