VPN server Russia-Proxy Master is a VPN proxy app designed to help users change their IP address, connect through servers in other countries, and route selected apps through a VPN connection. The description presents it as a tool for browsing websites and using apps through locations such as the United States, Russia, India, Singapore, Mali, and other available server countries.

Changing location and accessing online content

The app is intended for situations where a user wants to appear online through a different IP address. Its listed server locations allow users to switch between countries rather than relying on a single connection point. The description also says the service can be used to reach websites and apps that are restricted in a user's location, including examples such as YouTube, VK, Yandex, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and PUBG.

The source describes anonymous access as one of the app's purposes and says that web traffic is encrypted with a 1024-bit key generated with OpenSSL. These are presented as features for concealing an IP address and location while browsing. The description also mentions OpenVPN UDP, OpenVPN TCP, and Lightway in connection with websites and apps that users may access through the VPN.

Connection controls for individual apps

VPN server Russia-Proxy Master includes a control for choosing which installed apps use the VPN. This gives the user a way to apply the VPN connection selectively instead of treating every app as part of the same connection. The main connection process is described as a one-click action, with a user-friendly interface intended to make connecting and switching servers straightforward.

Use on Wi-Fi and mobile connections

The app's description specifically discusses connecting through open or untrusted Wi-Fi hotspots and presents the VPN as a way to keep internet traffic confidential on those networks. It also states that the app works with 4G, 3G, and Wi-Fi connections. The source describes the connection as fast and unlimited, while also acknowledging that using a VPN may slightly reduce internet speed.

Supported connection locations

Users can select from the countries made available by the app and change servers when a different location is needed. This multi-country approach connects the app's main functions: selecting a location changes the apparent IP address, while app selection determines which traffic is routed through the VPN. Together, these controls are aimed at browsing websites and using apps through a chosen VPN connection.
